Competition terms and conditions
1. The promoter
The promoter is Forward Pass, LLC (“the Promoter”), running these competitions under the
ForwardPass brand. Or by affiliated brands, LocknCharge or PC Locs.

2. The competitions
These terms cover three competitions running at ISTE Live 2026, Orlando, from 28 June to 1
July 2026 (the Event):
• (a) Magic Word interview gift
• (b) Pizza Party for your class
• (c) $20 for engagement
By entering any of them, entrants accept these terms. The Pizza Party draw and the $20
engagement prize run together, so you can enter and win both.
3. Eligibility
• Open to ISTE Live 2026 attendees aged 18 and over, except employees, contractors and
immediate family of the Promoter and its agencies.
• Entrants must follow the rules of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• The Pizza Party prize is for a school or classroom, so entrants should be educators.
• Open to educators in the United States.
4. Competition period
• The Event runs 28 June to 1 July 2026, local Orlando time. Entries are accepted during the
Event unless stated otherwise. During expo hours listed on the ISTE website.
5. How to enter
(a) Magic Word interview gift
• Find the secret word shared on our social channels, come to the booth, and give a short oncamera interview.
• Each person who gives an on-camera interview and accepts our verbal consent to publish
the interview, receives a gift (a $10 Starbucks voucher) while gifts last. Quantities are
limited (about 50, first come, first served).
• Filming is required to receive the gift. See clause 9.
(b) Pizza Party for your class
• Post a photo from the booth, tag us on LinkedIn and Instagram and use the Hashtag
#ForwardPassAtISTE.
• Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries after the Event. There are five (5) prizes.
• You do not need to be present at the booth for the draw. Winners are drawn after the Event
and contacted on the platform.
(c) $20 for engagement
• Engage with us from June 28 to July 30:
1. Follow ForwardPass on Instagram and LinkedIn.
2. Comment on our contest post (published on 28 June). Your comment must tag at least
one teacher and include #ForwardPassAtISTE. Comments that do not tag a teacher or
do not include the hashtag are not valid entries.
• Valid engagement goes into a random draw, held after the Event, for a $20 prize (a $20
Starbucks voucher) [5 winners].
6. Prizes
• (a) A $10 Starbucks voucher per interview, limited quantity, while gifts last.
• (b) A pizza party for the winner's class, drawn at random, five winners up to $100, pizza will
be ordered directly from ForwardPass to the school and classroom of winner. Contact
jen.l@lockncharge.com with any questions.
• (c) A $20 Starbucks voucher for engagement, by draw, five winners.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the
law requires it.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute one of equal or greater value.
7. Winner selection and notification
• Pizza Party winners are drawn at random from all valid entries after the Event closes July 1,
2026.
• $20 engagement winners are drawn at random after entries close July 30, 2026.
• Winners are contacted on the platform after the draw. You do not need to be present at the
booth.
• If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim within 7 days, the Promoter may select
another entrant.
8. Claiming prizes
• Vouchers are issued electronically after the draw. Pizza party arrangements are coordinated
with the winner directly.
9. Filming, photos and content
• Interviews are recorded. By taking part, entrants consent to being filmed and to the
Promoter using the footage, posted photos, first name, handle, school and comments
across the Promoter's and ForwardPass channels and marketing, worldwide, with no further
payment.
• By posting and tagging, entrants confirm the content is their own, that they may share it,
and that anyone shown has agreed.
• Entrants must not post anything unlawful, offensive or infringing. Such entries can be
removed and disqualified.
10. Privacy
• The Promoter collects entrant details (such as name, handle, school, title and contact) to
run the competitions and contact winners and handles them under its privacy policy

11. Platforms
• These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram, Meta or LinkedIn. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
12. General
• The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel a competition for any reason at any time
without notice.
• The Promoter may disqualify entries that breach these terms or the platform rules.
• To the extent the law allows, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from taking part
or from a prize.
• The Promoter's decisions on the competitions are final.
13. Governing law
• These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.
