Pre-built workflows for your most frequent device operations. Set policy once, then run a consistent handoff every time.
Every pickup, return, and swap is automatically logged. Export reports for audits, follow-up, and clear accountability.
Users can pick up or return devices after hours, between classes, or across shifts. Access stays seamless, no matter where you are.
Assign devices, manage access, and track status in real time — from anywhere. IT stays in control without being on site.
ForwardPass automates everyday device handoffs through built-in workflows. It’s a smart locker system that is self-serve for users, trackable for IT, and ready to work out of the box.
