Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter

This competition is run by Forward Pass, LLC, 41-4214955 (“we”, “us”, “the promoter”).

2. Who can enter

Entry is open to authorised resellers and partners of LocknCharge or PC Locs, and their 
employees, aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. You are responsible for following your own employer’s policies on 
competitions and social media.

3. When it runs

The campaign opens on 24 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Madison, WI time on 30 July  2026.

Entries made outside this period do not count.

4. How to enter

The campaign runs in three phases. Every qualifying post must tag the ForwardPass account (except for phase 1-Teaser- until July 8), @mention us, and include #itsabouttimeFP, on both Instagram and LinkedIn. Posts without the tag and the hashtag are not counted.

Launch Day (8 July). We all post in the same window, so the feeds light up at once (8am Central time, 6am PT, 9am ET, 9pm Perth, 11pm Sydney). Post the launch video on both of your accounts: Instagram and LinkedIn, tag @forwardpasssmartlockers, and add #itsabouttimeFP. You can now name the brand.

Sustain Sprint (8 to 30 July). Stay active until 30 July across Instagram and LinkedIn. Every 
unique post, reshare and comment needs to tag @forwardpasssmartlockers (Instagram) and 
ForwardPass (LinkedIn), @mention tech leads, and use #itsabouttimeFP.

How this counts towards prizes. Your activity across all three phases earns the points that 
decide the top two individual prizes: $1,000 (first place) and $500 (second place). The two 
weekly $50 prizes run separately and are not based on points (see clause 5).

5. Prizes

• $1,000 happy hour for you and your peers, awarded to the most active individual (first place).
• $500 gift card to the second most active individual.
• $50 each week: to the top resharer of James’s documentary series (the brand-free teaser 
episodes James posts on his own accounts, 24 June to 8 July), and to the person most engaged with ForwardPass (8 to 30 July).

Prizes are as described, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we 
decide otherwise. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

6. How winners are chosen

Activity is scored across Instagram and LinkedIn: an original post is worth 3 points, a reshare with the tag is worth 1 point, and a comment that tags a contact is worth 1 point. The most active individual (highest points) wins the $1,000, and the second most active individual wins the $500.

The weekly $50 prizes go to that week’s top resharer and most engaged participant, as described above.

We count entries from our own notifications, tagged content and the campaign hashtag, and we check our social accounts regularly. Our decisions on scoring and winners are final, and we are not required to enter into correspondence about them.

7. If a lot of people enter

If participation reaches a large volume, we may run the campaign, or any individual prize, as a 
random draw among all qualifying entries instead of a most-active tally, so that every valid entry has a fair chance and judging stays manageable. We will apply this fairly and let entrants know if we do.

8. Claiming your prize

Winners will be notified by early August 2026 by direct message or email and must respond 
within 7 days to claim. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond in time, we may 
award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

9. General conditions

We may amend, suspend or cancel the campaign at any time for any reason without notice. We may disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is fraudulent, misleading, offensive or unlawful. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the campaign or from accepting or using a prize.

10. Privacy

We handle entrants’ personal information in line with our privacy policy and applicable privacy 
law and use it only to run the campaign and award prizes.

11. Instagram and LinkedIn

This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram,  Meta or LinkedIn. By entering, you also agree to each platform’s own terms of use.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, and any dispute is subject to the courts of  that place.
